downtown Narrowsburg, December 2005
I live in a tiny mountain village called Narrowsburg, NY. It's set on the east bank of the Delaware River, about 2 hours from NYC. It’s a beautiful little spot, famous for its river, it arts community and its bald eagle population. We have about 450 people in the village proper and a lot of the homeowners here are weekenders, based in NYC. It’s quiet all week, but on the weekends it can be like a short street in the "Village’, with lots of city folk and day-trippers milling about. My studio is on Main Street, and I share the street with 3 art galleries, a couple of fine restaurants , a world-class wine shop, beautiful old furniture store, 3-4 great gift & antique shops, a gourmet pet food store and a great coffee shop. We have a many prominent artists, an active Arts Alliance and our very own opera company.
in no particular order, here are some of my favorite photo's

(no, it's not 'Northern Exposure', no moose around here, but I've seen a 10 point buck wander down the street.. That stop light ends at the Delaware River and the bridge to Pennsylvania)
